3D Maryland

3D Maryland is a competitive girls lacrosse club based in 📍 📍 Frederick, Maryland, 🏆 ranked 🏆 #107 nationally and utilizing the 3D Methodology for skill and lacrosse IQ development.

This Maryland program is directed by Kristan "Kash" Ash, National Director of Girls Lacrosse for 3D, who was named Virginia's 4A Coach of the Year in 2017 and led Riverside High School to its first Virginia state title in 2018.

Ash brings over two decades of experience as a former Gettysburg College team captain, college official, and former General Manager of the UWLX professional women's lacrosse league.

The club focuses on small-sided training with uniform terminology and provides players access to highly competitive tournaments nationwide while maintaining a strong college placement record since 2009.
